Management Scope of Services:
- Management will work with the Associations Board of Directors to manage and oversee all aspects of the association needs.
- Please note that 4H Association Management is a Portfolio Management Company, and our services are not limited to these items. This is just a general scope of services we offer that can be altered as needed to fit the needs of your association.
- Oversee all aspects of property maintenance and staff as needed.
- Weekly Property Inspections
- Communicate with Board of Directors regarding the daily maintenance and oversite of the property.
- Assist Board of Directors with scheduling and notices for meetings.
- Attend and coordinate/manage all regular meetings as needed.
- Communicate with Board of Directors regarding any projects, repairs, maintenance concerns, correspondence, etc...
- Assist Board of Directors in managing and planning for all projects.
